Your planned or existing plant meets at least one of these criteria:

• Usage of flammable or combustible liquids
• flammable gases are present in the process
• Dusts that can form explosive dust-air mixtures exists in your processes

Advice on the SEVESO III-Directive

If you are an operator you have to classify substances and mixtures which are present in your plant -either permanently or intermittent- as defined in the Ordinance (EC) No. 1272/2008, and record their hazard type and quantity.
